Dear members of AASPN. 

I hope everything around you goes well.

This is a notification of an agenda regarding addition of ‘Candidate membership’ to our Constitution and Bylaws which will be discussed at the General Meeting (GM) of AASPN2023 Yokohama. Please refer the attached file in which changes were marked with bold characters.

The agenda should be approved by Executive Board (EB) before GM approval. It may be rejected or modified by EB. However, by the Constitution, amendment of major changes in constitution should be announced or posted before 6 months prior to General meeting. Therefore I am sending the draft of amendment to all members.
